Provides the visionary leadership for H&B Elevators. Actively involved in the day-to-day activities.

After growing up in Milwaukee, WI, he went on to the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he earned a B.S. degree in Construction Management. Jashan also holds an M.B.A. from Marylhusrt University. Before joining H&B Elevators in 2007, he worked in project engineering/management roles at M.A. Mortenson (Milwaukee, WI office), Whiting-Turner (Irvine, CA office) and RJ Ryan Construction (Mendota Heights, MN).

Responsible for all finance operations of the organization. Actively involved in the day-to-day activities.

A native of Minnesota, Fred earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Fred has been with H&B Elevators in various functions since 2001.
